Nell Charlotte Paul Juliette . . . Nell Charlotte Paul died Saturday, January 5, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at High Shoals Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Frank King will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Paul, the daughter of the late William Ernest Walker and Emma Lillian Griffin Walker, was born July 6, 1934, in Juliette, Georgia. Her husband, Richard Eugene Paul preceded her in death. She was a 1952 graduate of Mary Persons High School and was retired from William Carter Company. Mrs. Paul was a member of High Shoals Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Keith (Julie) Paul of Forsyth and Jeffrey (Amy) Paul of St. Charles, Michigan, sister, Rose Hogg of Forsyth, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Rock Springs Christian Academy, 219 Rock Springs Road, Milner, GA 3025. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
