Charles Everett Lummus Forsyth . . . Charles Everett Lummus died Saturday, December 29, 2012. Memorial services and burial will be private. Mr. Lummus, the son of the late Bill and Jeffie Louise Harris Lummus, was born February 10, 1947, in Jackson, Georgia. He was a truck driver and a veteran of the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Polly Lummus of Forsyth, children, Clint Ericision and Chuck Ericision of Monticello, sister, Pat Johnson of Forsyth, brother, Dennis Lummus of Eatonton and two grandchildren. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
