VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTELee Ann Scott Culloden . . . Lee Ann Scott died Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, December 7, 2012, at Forsyth First Baptist Church with burial in Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens. Reverend Tim Long and Dr. H. Darrell Watson will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2012, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Scott, the daughter of the late Brenda Ellen Hampton Campbell was born March 17, 1962, in Macon, Georgia. She was a special education teacher for Crawford County Middle School. Survivors include her husband, Douglas L. Scott of Culloden, children, Benjamin Douglas Scott of Newport News, Virginia, Dustin Duanne Scott of Kingsport, Tennessee and Awa Diakite of Culloden, father, Duanne Lee Campbell of Ashburn, Georgia and one grandchild, Easten McCoy of Newport News, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Special Olympics Monroe County Unit, c/o Laurie Harris, 3924 Hwy 83 South, Forsyth, GA 31029. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
