Josie Ann Blair Forsyth . . . Josie Ann Blair died Thursday, October 18, 2012. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 26, 2012, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. The Reverend Franklin Etheridge will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Blair, the daughter of the late Oather and Rene Purvis Stone, was born June 15, 1939 in Middletown, Kentucky. Her husband, Willis John Blair, preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of Rock Springs Church. Survivors include her children, Diana (Paul) Lindner of Juliette and Rick Fisher of Forsyth, sisters, Mamie Wallace and Ella B. Woodson of Ohio, grandchildren, Jonathan Lindner and Billy Fisher. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
