Linda Jean Jiles Milner . . . Linda Jean Jiles died Tuesday, October 9, 2012. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 12, 2012, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. The Reverend Roger Attaway will officiate. The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Jiles, the daughter of the late John and Mary Lee Long Johnson, was born November 7, 1952, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She retired from Monroe County as a Deputy Clerk, after twenty-four years of service. Mrs. Jiles was a former Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Ellis Jiles, Sr., children, Danielle Brooks , Ellis (Courtney) Jiles, Jr. and Gabrielle Jiles all of Milner, sister, Pat Allen of Woodland, Alabama, brothers, Doug Johnson of Woodland, Alabama and Buck Johnson of Locust Grove, Georgia, grandchildren, Kelsey Brooks, Joshua Goodman, Megan Jiles, Ansley Jiles, Daylon Jiles and Liam Jiles and two great grandchildren. The family requests no flowers but suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association Foundation. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
