Bonnie Rose Oxford Culloden . . . Bonnie Rose Oxford died Monday, October 8, 2012. Funeral services and burial will be private. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 12, 2012, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Oxford, the daughter of the late William Ernest and Ruby Childs Oxford was born December 4, 1934, in Culloden, Georgia. Her son, William Douglas Barfoot preceded her in death. She was a retired antique dealer, a member of Russellville Baptist Church and a member of the Backlot Players Forsyth. Survivors include her son, John Auburn Barfoot of Forsyth, sister, Jean (Lin) Vining of Culloden and two granddaughters. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Backlot Players Forsyth, 23 West Johnston Street, Forsyth, GA 31029. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
