Janyce Heath Gray . . . Janyce Gayle Hurd Heath died Monday, July 30, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 2, 2012, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in Monroe Memorial Gardens. Bishop Jimmy Floyd and Elder Allen Hasty will officiate. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Heath, the daughter of the late Paul Howard Hurd and Vera Edna McDonald Hurd was born September 27, 1941, in Wayne County, Michigan. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints/Gray Ward. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth E. Heath, Sr. of Gray, children, Edward Serpas, Jr. of Grand Junction, Colorado and Kimberly (Eugene) Gaultney of Gray, stepson, Kenneth (Pilar) Heath, Jr. of Roberta, stepdaughters, Sonya (Chris) E’Dalgo of Conyers and Christy (Derrill) Harris of Roberta, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31210. The family may be contacted at 241 Nature’s Trail, Forsyth, Georgia 31029.
