Steve Earl Pinyon Forsyth . . . Steve Earl Pinyon died Monday, February 27, 2012. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 1, 2012, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. The Reverend Franklin Etheridge will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private for family. Mr. Pinyon was born July 23, 1949, in Forsyth, Georgia. His father, Clemon Earl Pinyon preceded him in death. He was retired from the City of Forsyth. Survivors include his wife of forty-three years, Patricia Norman Pinyon of Forsyth, daughter, Karey (Tim) Smith of Doerun, Georgia, mother, Doris Lacount Pinyon of Forsyth, sisters, Sandra Schultz, Myra (Larry) Gauldin and Cynthia (Ron) Barker all of Forsyth, brother, Eddie (Evelyn) Pinyon of Forsyth, brother in law and sister in law, Phil and Liz Norman of Barnesville, grandchildren, Chris Beeland, Dixie Speir, Katie Speir and TJ Smith. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation to the American Cancer Society, Monroe County Unit, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
