Forsyth . . . James Randy Johnston died Saturday, October 22, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at Cabaniss Baptist Church Cemetery. The Reverend Keith B. Harris will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2011, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. Mr. Johnston, the son of the late Eston Grant Johnston, Sr. and Lois York Johnston was born October 9, 1957, in Forsyth, Georgia. His bother, Ray Johnston preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Johnston was a truck driver and a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Sandi Johnston of Forsyth, sister, Ann Johnson of Jackson, brothers, Neal (Trissie) Johnston of Covington and Eddie (Vickie) Johnston, Jr. of Jackson. The family may be contacted at the residence of Tamara and Mark Page, 575 Old Cabaniss Road, Forsyth, GA 31029. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201 or the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201. Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
